FAQ
Where do you ship?
We ship within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders. No minimum order is required.
What is the order cutoff time?
The cutoff is 6:00 PM Central Time on business days. Orders placed after that time are received on the next business day.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 5-12 business days for standard delivery after shipment. In most cases, the total estimated time is 6-15 business days.
How do I track my order?
We send a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us immediately at support@tidorohome.com. We can only make changes or cancellations before an order has entered packing or carrier handoff, so contact us as soon as possible.
What is your return period?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, clean, complete, and in original packaging.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
No. For approved eligible returns, we provide a prepaid standard return label or another no-cost return method.
When will I receive my refund?
We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Do your organizers and trays come with food-safety claims?
Use each product only as described on its product page. We make food-contact, material, care, or safety claims only where they are specifically stated for that item. If a product page does not state that an item is intended for direct food contact, use it as an organization or decorative accessory rather than as food-service ware.
